Now eight years in, Leah’s bartending career included stints at The Baxter Inn and Bar Planet before migrating north into his current role as Savile Row’s Bar Supervisor. Here, he conducts the weekly training and mentorship program, allowing his passion for teaching to blossom in full. 

What first drew you to bartending, and what keeps you passionate about it today?

I originally joined my local pub after I lost my dad, I had become very shy and isolated and wanted to make friends and honestly I think it is such a huge element as to why i am so captivated by it, the sense of family and support within the teams. Everyone you meet genuinely wants you to grow as much as possible and its such a network of support and good times, i find it hard to escape.
