On top of successfully launching nine (and counting) award-winning venues across London and Sydney, all of which feature a seasonal, sustainable & innovative skew; Matt is also a published author and has even been named among the top 1000 most influential Londoners, in addition to his many drinks-industry specific accolades. 

Looking forward, what legacy or impact do you hope to leave in the world of bartending? 

In the modern world it’s easy to forgot our role is to make drinks and serve guests. Just being a nice person and being kind to others to the best legacy I think anything can have
